智能水表增加的閥門，設(shè)計采用的結(jié)構(gòu)形式多樣，有先導(dǎo)閥門、球閥、陶瓷閥、機(jī)械閥等等。

1、先導(dǎo)閥

先導(dǎo)閥應(yīng)該說是利用了一種巧力，也就是四兩撥千斤的原理。利用開啟一個小孔，將上端和下端的水壓進(jìn)行調(diào)整。當(dāng)水壓平衡時，閥門就會自動開啟，當(dāng)水壓不平衡時閥門就會自動關(guān)閉。先導(dǎo)閥顧名思義就是先導(dǎo)通一個小孔，利用很小的力，然后在將閥門開啟。應(yīng)該說先導(dǎo)閥是智能水表其中一種比較理想的設(shè)計。因為開啟閥門和關(guān)閉閥門需要的時間很短，甚至是一瞬間的事情。而水壓對閥門是乎沒有太大的影響，因為，先導(dǎo)閥本身就是依靠水壓差來達(dá)到開啟閥門和關(guān)閉閥門的。假如采用電磁閥作為驅(qū)動，則開啟和關(guān)閉閥門所需要的功率幾乎是恒定的。

球閥是自來水管道常用的一種手動閥門，由于是采用手動的，所以，在使用中其密封性能還是可以。但是一旦采用到智能水表上，這個閥門的工藝要求就提高了很多。

3、陶瓷閥

陶瓷閥是在手動冷熱水閥門的基礎(chǔ)上提升為智能水表閥門的一種結(jié)構(gòu)，從原理上來說應(yīng)該是完全可行的，只需解決壓力損失的技術(shù)問題，所以設(shè)計體積就較球閥要大多了。但是水壓幾乎對陶瓷閥的影響力很小，因為陶瓷閥是兩個陶瓷片，其中一個陶瓷片做旋轉(zhuǎn)運動，那么它克服的僅僅是兩個陶瓷片之間的摩擦力。所以，陶瓷閥是智能水表其中一種理想的設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)。

Ceramic valve is a kind of structure which is lifted to intelligent water meter valve on the basis of manual cold and hot water valve. It should be completely feasible in principle. It only needs to solve the technical problem of pressure loss, so the design volume is much larger than that of ball valve. But water pressure has little influence on ceramic valves, because ceramic valves are two ceramic plates, one of which rotates, so it only overcomes the friction between the two ceramic plates. Therefore, ceramic valve is an ideal design structure of intelligent water meter.

4、機(jī)械閥
